So how does it work?

Payment

Once your date has been booked and the contract has been signed there will be a $100 non-refundable deposit. Then 2 weeks before the event, the remaining balance will be due. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, checks or cash. We even offer installment plans. If for any reason if you have to cancel, we will refund your money except the non-refundable deposit of $100.

Photo Strips

Two weeks before the event your template will be designed and emailed to you for your approval. Samples of basic templates can be found on the Templates page. When your guest complete a photo session the printer automatically prints the photo strips. Each package includes 2 photo strips per session. If you get the Album add-on, a strip will be attach to a page in the album and your guests will be able to leave a message by their picture and the additional strip will be given to one of the guest. And at the end of the party you will be able to take home the album full of all the photos taken. You may also add-on quad strips (4 strips per session) or unlimited strips (one per person in session) for a small fee.

Final Details/Day of Event

48 hours before your event, we will contact you to make sure everything is ready to go and to finalize any pending details. The day of event, the attendant will setup the Photo Booth about an hour before your guest arrive, then they will be ready to start at the determined start time. The attendant will then run the booth during package hours selected and assure that everything is running smoothly.

After the event

After the event has ended our attendant will pack up and go. If you got the Album add-on, he will even put it together and hand it to you before he leaves. Within 24 hours, all the photos taken will be uploaded to our website for your guest to download and share for free. They can even have copies of the prints made and shipped to them with the Smugmug service.

Quality

Our state of the art Photo Booth works off of an easy access touch screen monitor, which runs an advance software loaded with features, including green screen technology, video messaging, social network upload and much more.  The pictures print within 14 seconds of photo session ending.  Pictures are printed on high quality,  smudge-proof paper. We use a high quality sub-dye thermal printer. Pictures are taken with a DSLR camera or HD 1080p webcam.

Guest Book

While your guest enjoy the unlimited pictures that are instantly printed in the Photo Booth Rental, the Host takes home a lifetime of memories at the end of the event.  Each photo taken is affixed to the guest book, which is also accompanied by a special message left by each guest that visits the Photo Booth.

Props make the Photo Booth experience extra fun! From hats to glasses and even crazy signs, we provide the guest with all the Props needed to get that perfect picture.

Yvonne and her team at Picture Their Faces are amazing! We hired them for our 5th Grade End of the Graduation Celebration. They were flexible and worked within our time and tight budget constraints.
